Luke 8:40 says when Jesus returned, “a crowd welcomed him”. Luke 8:40 says, when Jesus returned, “they were all expecting him.” Luke 8:41 says when Jesus returned, “a synagogue leader came and fell at his feet.”Luke 8:42 says, when Jesus returned, “a girl of about twelve was dying.” Luke 8:42 says, when Jesus returned, the crowd that followed him was so massive that it “almost crushed him.” Luke 8:43-44 says when Jesus returned a woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years and had spent all she had on doctors, came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak and immediately she was healed.” Luke 8:52-55 says that when Jesus returned he spoke life to the girl and “her spirit returned and at once she stood up.” 

Luke 8:40-56 gives us a glimpse of what happens when Jesus returns to you, meaning when your faith brings the fullness of who he is back into your life. Luke 8:40 says who Jesus is, that he is the one who brings people back to him and when they return to him they welcome him into their lives and expect to see his glory in their presence. Luke 8:42;51-56 says that Jesus is the one who leaders follow, leaders of faith and when they return to him he is able to lead them to his way that brings life. 

When Jesus returns to you, meaning your faith brings him back into your life, you are able, like the woman to reach out and touch him in faith and release the power of his Spirit into your life; and the power of Jesus is able to heal you because of your faith (Luke 8:45-46) (Luke 8:48). 

When Jesus returns to you and your faith brings him back into your life the power of his word is able to speak life and reverse every word that has been spoken against you. When people spoke death in Luke 8:49, Jesus spoke life (Luke 8:52). When situations say it is impossible, when Jesus returns to your life through your faith in him, his able to speak possibility, through his word that instantly heals, instantly draws people back to him, instantly reveals his glory and instantly brings life and returns the Spirit of God, his power, back to you to lift you up out of every situation and restore everything before your very eyes (Zephaniah 3:20).
